Who you are
You have 5+ years of experience in field marketing, particularly in the technology sector, where you've successfully driven demand generation initiatives and executed multi-channel campaigns. Your expertise in digital marketing strategies and marketing operations has allowed you to effectively engage target audiences and generate leads. You possess strong analytical skills, enabling you to measure campaign performance and optimize strategies based on data-driven insights. Your ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales and product, ensures that marketing efforts align with business objectives. You are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and can adapt to changing priorities while maintaining a focus on results.
Desirable
Experience in AI or data management industries is a plus, as it will help you understand the unique challenges and opportunities in this space. Familiarity with account-based marketing (ABM) strategies will enhance your ability to tailor campaigns to specific customer segments. A background in managing field events and webinars will also be beneficial, as these are key components of our marketing strategy.
What you'll do
In this role, you will report directly to the VP of Global Field & Partner Marketing and be the primary driver of demand creation for Ataccama in the North American market. You will be responsible for the localized execution of integrated, multi-channel campaigns that span digital marketing, webinars, account-based marketing, and field events. Your focus will be on tailoring these campaigns to our ideal customer profile segments, ensuring that messaging resonates with potential clients. You will collaborate closely with sales teams to align marketing efforts with sales objectives, providing them with the necessary tools and resources to succeed. Additionally, you will analyze campaign performance metrics to refine strategies and improve ROI, ensuring that marketing initiatives contribute to overall business growth.
