You have a proven track record in customer success management, ideally with experience in a technology-driven environment. Your ability to build strong relationships with clients is complemented by your consultative approach to understanding their needs and aligning them with strategic goals. You thrive in a data-driven setting, using insights to guide your strategies and decisions. Your communication skills are top-notch, allowing you to effectively represent your company in various settings, including in-person meetings and events. You are comfortable navigating both technical and strategic aspects of customer relationships, ensuring that clients receive the best possible service and support.
What you'll do
As a Senior Customer Success Manager at Attentive, you will take ownership of relationships with our strategic clients, leading their program strategy in a consultative and data-driven manner. You will manage all facets of their acquisition and messaging programs, ensuring alignment with their strategic goals throughout the client lifecycle. Your role will involve forecasting, designing, and implementing strategic account plans, as well as identifying opportunities to expand the customers' suite of Attentive products. You will have the autonomy to navigate complex client needs and represent Attentive at various functions and events, fostering strong partnerships that drive mutual success.
