Tines is hiring a Senior Customer Success Manager to drive strategic success planning and engagement across enterprise accounts. You'll work remotely from the West coast, focusing on customer automation and satisfaction.

Who you are

You have a strong background in customer success management, ideally with experience in technology or automation platforms. You understand the importance of driving customer engagement and fostering relationships to ensure their success. Your ability to communicate effectively and build trust with clients is paramount, as you will be working closely with enterprise accounts to help them achieve their goals. You are proactive in identifying opportunities for customers to maximize the value they receive from the platform, and you are skilled at navigating complex customer journeys. You thrive in a remote work environment and are comfortable collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for driving strategic success planning and engagement across an assigned set of Tines’ enterprise accounts. You will work closely with customers to understand their needs and help them automate their workflows, ensuring they derive maximum value from the Tines platform. Your role will involve fostering champions within these accounts, guiding them through the customer journey, and providing support as they implement automation solutions. You will collaborate with internal teams to address customer feedback and drive product improvements, ensuring that Tines continues to meet the evolving needs of its clients. Your efforts will directly contribute to the growth trajectory of Tines, as you help customers achieve their highest-priority goals faster.
