You have a proven track record in customer success management, particularly in the data and AI sectors. With a deep understanding of enterprise organizations, you excel at identifying upskilling opportunities and gaps in various business lines. Your ability to drive retention and growth is complemented by your knowledge of the data and AI landscape, including vendors and strategic applications.

Thriving in a fast-paced, high-performing sales organization, you are passionate about empowering clients to harness the power of data and AI. Your coaching skills enable you to guide clients on how to best leverage DataCamp's offerings for their data transformation journeys.
What you'll do
In this role, you will be responsible for increasing data and AI readiness at enterprise organizations through the power of DataCamp. You will engage with clients to understand their specific needs and tailor DataCamp's solutions to meet those needs effectively. Your success will depend on your ability to coach clients on leveraging the DataCamp for Business platform, ensuring they maximize their investment in data and AI training.
You will collaborate closely with various departments, including People and Learning and Development, to identify skill gaps and opportunities for improvement. Your role will involve analyzing client feedback and usage data to refine DataCamp's offerings and enhance customer satisfaction. You will also play a key role in driving client retention and growth, ensuring that DataCamp remains a trusted partner in their data and AI transformation efforts.
What we offer
DataCamp offers a competitive compensation package, including a total range (base + OTE) for this role of $147,000. In addition to salary, you will have access to equity options, unlimited PTO, and a 401K retirement plan with matching contributions.
