Overview

AuditBoard is hiring a Customer Success Manager to ensure client satisfaction and drive long-term relationships. You'll be the primary point of contact for customers, helping them maximize the value from our products. This role is remote and based in Poland.

Who you are

You have a strong background in customer success or account management, ideally within a technology or SaaS environment. Your experience has equipped you with the skills to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and they derive maximum value from the products and services offered. You are a proactive communicator, capable of understanding client requirements and translating them into actionable insights for the team.

You thrive in a collaborative environment and enjoy working closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, and support, to drive customer success initiatives. Your ability to analyze customer feedback and data helps you identify opportunities for improvement and growth, both for the clients and the company. You are passionate about helping customers succeed and are committed to delivering exceptional service.

What you'll do

As a Customer Success Manager at AuditBoard, you will be the primary point of contact for our clients, ensuring their satisfaction and success with our audit, risk, ESG, and InfoSec platform. You will develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their unique needs and challenges. Your role will involve onboarding new customers, providing training and support, and proactively engaging with clients to ensure they are maximizing the value of our products.

You will work closely with the sales team to identify upsell opportunities and ensure a smooth transition from sales to implementation. Your insights will be invaluable in shaping product development and enhancements, as you will gather feedback from clients and communicate it to the relevant teams. You will also track customer health metrics and develop strategies to improve customer retention and satisfaction.
