You have the ability to handle a portfolio of smaller ARR customers in a programmatic way, guiding them to achieve business results. You are a continuous learner, eager to build your product knowledge to become a trusted advisor for your clients.
You demonstrate a 'Customer First' mindset, responding to queries in a timely and professional manner. Your diagnostic skills allow you to understand standard customer use cases effectively. You are capable of applying your foundational product knowledge independently to manage your portfolio, confidently prescribing solutions by consistently applying established best practices and playbooks to ensure customers derive maximum value from their interactions with Okta.
What you'll do
As an Associate Customer Success Manager, you will manage a portfolio of accounts, applying your developing skills to understand and address customer needs. You will build your own network of support within the organization, ensuring that you can provide timely and effective responses to customer inquiries.
