You are adaptable and can navigate complex project dynamics, ensuring that all stakeholders are aligned and informed throughout the implementation journey.

What you'll do

As the Implementation Project Lead, you will take charge of managing the implementation of AuditBoard’s software solutions. You will develop a deep knowledge of our product, guiding customers through the entire implementation lifecycle. Your responsibilities will include conducting project kickoff meetings, designing solutions based on customer needs, and overseeing user acceptance testing to ensure a smooth transition to go-live. You will collaborate closely with sales teams to ensure a seamless handoff and maintain open lines of communication with clients throughout the process. Your role will also involve troubleshooting any issues that arise during implementation and providing ongoing support to ensure customer satisfaction.
