You have a proven track record in customer success management, ideally with 5+ years of experience leading teams and driving customer outcomes. Your data-driven mindset allows you to analyze customer behavior and implement strategies that enhance customer engagement and satisfaction. You thrive in a collaborative environment, working closely with cross-functional teams to architect the customer journey and ensure that every customer achieves measurable success with AuditBoard's platform.
You possess strong leadership skills, enabling you to mentor and guide a team of Customer Success Managers while also being hands-on in designing playbooks and programs. Your passion for efficiency and automation drives you to continuously improve processes and outcomes for customers, ensuring they receive the highest level of service and support.
What you'll do
In this role, you will lead a team of Scale Customer Success Managers, focusing on creating and implementing strategies that cater to the needs of diverse customer segments. You will design programs and playbooks that facilitate a seamless customer journey, ensuring that all customers, regardless of size, achieve their desired outcomes. Your responsibilities will include analyzing customer data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement, as well as collaborating with product and engineering teams to enhance the customer experience.
You will also be responsible for developing and executing training programs for your team, ensuring they are equipped with the knowledge and tools necessary to support customers effectively. By fostering a culture of continuous improvement and customer-centricity, you will help AuditBoard maintain its position as a leader in the audit, risk, ESG, and InfoSec space.
