You have a proven track record in customer success management, particularly within enterprise environments — your experience includes developing strategies that enhance customer satisfaction and retention. Your leadership skills are evident — you excel at guiding teams to achieve their goals while fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement. You are adept at analyzing customer feedback and data to inform decision-making and drive strategic initiatives.
You possess strong communication skills, allowing you to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels — whether presenting to executives or collaborating with cross-functional teams, you convey ideas clearly and persuasively.
Your analytical mindset enables you to identify trends and insights from customer interactions, which you leverage to enhance the customer experience. You are comfortable using data to support your recommendations and drive change.
Desirable
Experience in the SaaS industry is a plus, as is familiarity with payroll and HR platforms. You may have worked with AI-powered tools or similar technologies that enhance customer engagement and operational efficiency.
What you'll do
In this role, you will lead the customer success team, focusing on enterprise clients to ensure they derive maximum value from Deel's platform. You will develop and implement customer success strategies that align with business objectives and drive customer satisfaction.
You will work closely with sales, product, and engineering teams to advocate for customer needs and ensure that their feedback informs product development. Your role will involve regular check-ins with clients to assess their satisfaction and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional services.
You will analyze customer data to track success metrics and report on the health of customer relationships. By identifying at-risk accounts, you will proactively engage with clients to address concerns and improve retention rates.
