Clutch is hiring a Senior Manager, Customer Success to lead a team of Customer Success Managers serving mid-market and strategic customers. You'll focus on driving post-implementation success and building scalable processes. This role requires strong leadership and relationship management skills.

Who you are

You have extensive experience in customer success management, ideally with a focus on complex, relationship-driven clients. You understand the importance of driving post-implementation success and ensuring customers realize measurable value from their partnerships. Your leadership style is collaborative, and you are comfortable coaching team members on executive-level renewals while building repeatable frameworks that scale across the organization.

You thrive in a high-trust, high-accountability culture and are adept at working closely with cross-functional teams, including Product, Support, and Professional Services. You have a proven track record of managing customer relationships and driving retention and expansion strategies. Your ability to analyze data and leverage insights to guide feature rollouts and strengthen customer adoption is a key strength.

What you'll do

As the Senior Manager of Customer Success, you will lead a team of six experienced Customer Success Managers, focusing on serving mid-market and Lighthouse Credit Unions. You will drive post-implementation success by ensuring customers deploy new features effectively and expand their partnerships with Clutch. Your role will involve owning outcomes across retention and expansion sourcing, as well as building scalable processes and playbooks within the Customer Success organization.

You will work closely with executives at Credit Unions of all sizes, guiding them through onboarding, adoption, and long-term growth. Your leadership will help shape the evolution of Clutch's Customer Success organization from a high-touch, fast-moving startup into a scalable, data-driven structure. You will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies that enhance customer satisfaction and drive business growth.
