AuditBoard is hiring a Senior Deal Desk Analyst (Temp) to support commercial activities including deal structuring and pricing. This role requires expertise in contract creation and collaboration with the Sales Field Organization.

Who you are
You have a strong background in deal desk operations, with experience in supporting sales teams through deal structuring and pricing strategies. Your ability to analyze contracts and provide expert guidance makes you a trusted partner to the Sales Field Organization. You understand the nuances of commercial-related activities and are adept at using quoting tools to streamline processes.
You possess excellent communication skills, allowing you to effectively collaborate with various stakeholders, including Customer Success and Sales teams. Your attention to detail ensures that all contracts and quotes are accurate and compliant with company policies. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are comfortable handling sensitive data, including financial and proprietary information.
What you'll do
As a Senior Deal Desk Analyst, you will provide expert guidance to the Sales field and Customer Success teams in areas such as deal structuring and pricing. You will be responsible for contract creation, review, and approval for quotes, ensuring that all documentation meets company standards. Your role will involve collaborating closely with the Sales Field Organization to support their quoting tools and processes.
You will analyze and optimize deal structures to maximize profitability while ensuring compliance with company policies. Your insights will help shape pricing strategies and improve overall efficiency within the deal desk function. You will also be involved in training and supporting team members on best practices related to deal desk operations.
