Overview

AuditBoard is hiring a Strategy and Integrations Director to drive the Customer organization's roadmap and lead M&A integration efforts. This role requires strategic planning and execution skills.

Job Description

Who you are

You have a strong background in strategic planning and execution, ideally with experience in managing integrations post-acquisition. Your ability to partner with department leadership to define and execute long-term goals is essential. You thrive in environments where you can inspire innovation and contribute to the greater good of the organization. Your experience in the audit, risk, ESG, or InfoSec sectors is a plus, as is your familiarity with high-level strategic initiatives.

You are a collaborative leader who excels at building strong partnerships across teams. Your communication skills allow you to effectively convey the mission and vision of the Customer organization to various stakeholders. You understand the importance of unifying teams and offerings, especially in the context of mergers and acquisitions.

What you'll do

In this role, you will report directly to the Chief Customer Officer and play a pivotal role in shaping the strategic direction of the Customer organization. You will partner with department leadership to define and execute the organization's mission and long-term goals. A significant part of your responsibilities will involve owning the post-acquisition lifecycle, ensuring that new teams and offerings are seamlessly integrated into the existing ecosystem.

You will lead the development of the strategic roadmap, aligning departmental goals with the overall vision of AuditBoard. Your hands-on approach will be crucial in driving company-wide strategic initiatives and ensuring that the Customer organization remains agile and responsive to market changes. You will also be responsible for fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation within the team, encouraging members to contribute their ideas and insights.
