You have experience in field sales and are comfortable advocating for a brand and its products. You are a self-starter and highly motivated, with a passion for mobility that you can relay to partners. You understand the importance of providing a best-in-class experience to customers and are eager to improve products and services. Your ability to communicate effectively and build relationships with partner bike shops is key to your success in this role.
What you'll do
As a Field Sales Representative, you will work under the direction of the Regional Sales Manager to support our partner bike shops. Your responsibilities will include guiding partners through the sales process, entering orders from shops, and handling returns and exchanges. You will be the face of Aventon, ensuring that our partners have the best possible experience with our products. Your role will involve regular communication with partners to understand their needs and provide solutions that enhance their experience with our brand.
