What you'll do

As an Outside Sales Representative at Hibu, you will be responsible for driving sales and building relationships with clients in your territory. You will leverage your training to effectively communicate the value of Hibu's digital marketing offerings, which include partnerships with major platforms like Google and Facebook. You will engage with potential customers, understand their needs, and provide tailored solutions to help them succeed.

You will participate in extensive training, including three weeks of classroom instruction followed by nine weeks of field training, ensuring you are well-prepared to excel in your role. Your responsibilities will include prospecting new clients, conducting sales presentations, and closing deals to meet your sales targets. You will also have the opportunity to earn monthly bonuses based on your performance, further enhancing your earning potential.

What we offer

You will receive a base salary of $46,000, with on-target earnings in your first year between $90,000 and $100,000, and the potential to earn even more through uncapped commissions.
