Your ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders is essential, as you will be the primary point of contact for our government clients. You are adept at navigating complex organizational structures and can effectively communicate the value of our solutions to diverse audiences.

You possess strong analytical skills, allowing you to assess client needs and align them with AvePoint's offerings. Your experience in managing multiple accounts simultaneously has equipped you with excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. You thrive in collaborative environments and are comfortable working with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional service to clients.

What you'll do

As a Partner Account Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing account strategies that drive growth within the public sector. You will engage with existing clients to ensure their satisfaction and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling our solutions. Your role will involve regular communication with clients to understand their evolving needs and provide tailored solutions that enhance their data security and governance.

You will collaborate closely with our sales and marketing teams to align efforts and ensure that our messaging resonates with the public sector audience. Additionally, you will participate in industry events and conferences to represent AvePoint and build your network within the government sector.
