Who you are

You hold a Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in computer science, software engineering, or related fields. Alternatively, a degree in English and/or Chinese with exceptional spoken proficiency is a plus. You possess strong analytical, communication, and learning abilities, enabling you to quickly comprehend and explore client requirements. Your ability to engage with clients and understand their core business needs is essential for success in this role.

What you'll do

In this position, you will support in conducting requirement surveys based on project and client specifications. You will assist in client discussions to understand core business needs and contribute to analyzing and documenting current operational pain points. Collaborating with project development teams, you will create preliminary solutions and utilize tools such as mock-ups and design diagrams to illustrate proposed solutions. You will also support in producing and finalizing comprehensive Functional Specification (FS) documents.

Your role will involve participating in project development activities, including liaising with design teams for product interface design. You will assist in articulating project logic to development engineers and system architects, as well as support test engineers in executing system tests per requirement documents. Additionally, you will co-author use cases, user guides, and other project-related documentation in collaboration with project team members.

Engaging with clients, you will assist them in conducting user acceptance tests and contribute to facilitating smooth transition processes for new and existing systems post-implementation. You will also assist in conducting user training sessions as necessary.
