AvePoint is seeking a Junior CRM Admin to implement and maintain CRM systems. You'll collaborate with teams to analyze requirements and provide solutions using Dynamics CRM. This role is based in Da Nang, Vietnam.

Who you are

You are a recent graduate or have some experience in project implementation, particularly with CRM systems. You possess a solid understanding of Dynamics CRM and are eager to apply your knowledge in a practical setting. Your communication skills are strong, allowing you to effectively collaborate with business analysts and other teams to discuss and analyze requirements. You are patient and meticulous, handling tasks with clear logic and a sense of responsibility.

You have a good foundation in English, enabling you to read documents and communicate with a global team. Your initiative and teamwork spirit shine through in your work, and you have a passion for innovation and learning. You enjoy challenges and are motivated to find optimal solutions for customer issues.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for collaborating with business analysts and other teams to discuss and analyze requirements based on the Function Specification or related documents. You will provide subject matter expertise for Dynamics CRM, proposing, designing, developing, testing, and deploying solutions that fulfill business needs. Understanding business processes is crucial, as you will make reasonable configurations to meet customer demands.

You will also provide project maintenance and optimal solutions to customer issues, ensuring that the CRM system operates smoothly and effectively. Your role will involve working closely with various stakeholders to ensure that the CRM system aligns with business objectives and enhances overall efficiency.
