Overview
AvePoint is seeking a Change Management Consultant to implement change management for digital transformation projects. You'll work closely with clients to develop tailored change management plans and ensure successful adoption. This role requires experience in enterprise software solutions.
Job Description
Who you are
You have experience as a Business Analyst with a strong background in enterprise software solutions. Your expertise lies in implementing change management strategies that facilitate smooth transitions for clients during digital transformation projects. You excel in building relationships and addressing client needs effectively, ensuring that expectations are not just met but exceeded.
You are skilled in creating and conducting training sessions, including e-learning modules, tailored for various audiences, including customer management and leadership. Your ability to frame user journeys allows you to identify pain points and areas for improvement, ensuring that change initiatives align with strategic objectives.
What you'll do
In this role, you will oversee and lead the change management track of projects from start to finish. This includes researching, implementing, and assessing change management strategies to ensure project goals are met. You will create user guides and documentation that evolve with the program, incorporating feedback and learnings from initial rollouts.
You will monitor and measure the effectiveness of change initiatives, ensuring alignment with the strategic objectives of the organization. Your responsibilities will also include long-term relationship building with both clients and colleagues, fostering a collaborative environment that encourages open communication and feedback.
