Product Manager • Junior

Who you are

You have a Bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related field, and possess excellent communication skills in English. Knowing Chinese is a plus, as is having experience with AI or familiarity with AI concepts. You are detail-oriented, able to multitask, and thrive under pressure, demonstrating a natural curiosity and creativity in your work.

You have proven abilities to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority, showcasing your strong communication and presentation skills. Your experience with tools like Google Workspace or Salesforce will be beneficial in this role, as will any prior exposure to AI technologies.

What you'll do

As a Junior Product Manager at AvePoint, you will complete requirement analysis and create Product Requirement Documents (PRDs). You will define the product release scope and roadmap, tracking progress using Product Board and JIRA. Collaborating closely with both local and remote R&D teams, you will ensure that product features meet customer needs through effective UI and logic design.

You will work with various teams, including design, development, testing, and documentation, throughout the development process to guarantee successful product launches. Conducting product demos for field teams and collecting feedback will be key responsibilities, as you strive to continuously improve the product based on user insights.
