AvePoint is hiring a Customer Success Engineer to support customer engagements and assist in adoption and technical recommendations. This role is based in Cebu, Philippines.

Who you are
You have a strong background in customer success and technical support, ideally with experience in data security and governance solutions. You understand the importance of customer engagement and are skilled at fostering relationships that drive product adoption and satisfaction. You are a team player who thrives in collaborative environments and can communicate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
You are proactive in identifying customer needs and providing tailored solutions that enhance their experience with AvePoint's products. Your ability to analyze customer feedback and translate it into actionable insights is key to your success in this role. You are comfortable working with various collaboration environments, including Microsoft, Google, and Salesforce, and can provide valuable recommendations based on best practices.
What you'll do
As a Customer Success Engineer, you will work closely with the Customer Success Team to ensure that customers are effectively onboarded and utilizing AvePoint's solutions to their fullest potential. You will conduct technical product health checks and engage with customers through structured 30/60/90-day plans to drive value from their investments. Your role will involve responding to customer inquiries, providing technical recommendations, and assisting with configurations to optimize their use of the AvePoint Confidence Platform.
You will also be responsible for monitoring customer engagement strategies and responding to insights derived from Gainsight workflows. This may include conducting outreach to customers to ensure they are receiving the support they need and identifying opportunities for further engagement. Your contributions will help foster a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement within the team, ultimately leading to enhanced customer satisfaction and retention.
