Who you are

You are a Customer Success Engineer with a strong technical background and a passion for helping customers succeed. You thrive in collaborative environments and enjoy working closely with teams to ensure customer satisfaction and product adoption. Your experience in technical support or customer success roles has equipped you with the skills to provide valuable insights and recommendations to clients. You understand the importance of effective communication and can translate technical concepts into easily understandable terms for customers. You are proactive in identifying customer needs and are dedicated to fostering long-term relationships.

What you'll do

In this role, you will work closely with the Customer Success Team to engage with customers during their onboarding process and throughout their journey with AvePoint. You will conduct technical product health checks and assist in developing digital customer engagement strategies. Your responsibilities will include providing technical recommendations, configurations, and utilization advice to ensure customers maximize the value of their investments. You will also participate in customer meetings, offering insights and guidance based on your technical expertise. Your role will involve collaborating with various teams to address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly, ensuring a seamless experience for all users.
