AvePoint is hiring a Customer Success Engineer to serve as a strategic technical resource for the Customer Success Team. You'll assist in customer engagements, adoption, and technical recommendations. This role is based in Cebu, Philippines.

Who you are
You have a strong background in customer success and technical support, ideally with experience in data security or governance solutions. You understand the importance of customer engagement and are skilled at fostering relationships that drive product adoption and satisfaction. You are proactive in identifying customer needs and providing tailored solutions to enhance their experience with our products. Your communication skills are excellent, allowing you to convey complex technical information in an accessible manner. You thrive in a collaborative environment and enjoy working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure customer success. You are adaptable and can manage multiple priorities effectively, especially in a night shift role.
What you'll do
As a Customer Success Engineer, you will work closely with the Customer Success Team to engage with customers during their onboarding process. You will conduct technical product health checks and assist in the implementation of digital customer engagement strategies. Your role will involve providing technical recommendations and utilization advice to help customers maximize the value of their investments in AvePoint solutions. You will also be responsible for monitoring customer feedback and collaborating with internal teams to address any issues that arise. Your contributions will be vital in ensuring that customers achieve their desired outcomes and continue to see value from our products.
