Who you are
You are a recent graduate with a degree in computer science or information technology, eager to start your career in IT support. You possess good oral English skills and can communicate effectively with team members and end users. Your strong communication skills and teamwork spirit make you a valuable addition to any team. You have a keen interest in IT technology and are ready to learn and grow in this field.
What you'll do
In this role, you will be responsible for setting up devices for new hires, ensuring they have the necessary tools to start their work effectively. You will assist end users in resolving their IT-related issues, providing support and guidance to help them navigate technical challenges. Additionally, you will take responsibility for IT asset management, ensuring that all equipment is tracked and maintained properly. You will also be involved in other tasks assigned by the IT/Office manager, contributing to the overall efficiency of the IT department.
