Overview

AvePoint is hiring an IT Engineer to provide end-user support for hardware and software issues. You'll manage IT hardware assets and maintain documentation while working in Hanoi. This position requires familiarity with PC management and Windows system configurations.

Who you are

You are a recent graduate with a degree in computer science or IT, eager to start your career in IT support. You have a good understanding of PC management and Windows system configurations, and you are familiar with security operations and change management processes. Your teamwork spirit shines through as you collaborate with colleagues to resolve IT-related productivity issues. You possess strong communication skills in English, enabling you to effectively assist users and document processes. Experience with data center/server room maintenance is a plus, as is familiarity with Active Directory and cloud infrastructure.

What you'll do

In this role, you will provide end-user support for hardware and software issues, ensuring that office users can resolve IT-related productivity challenges efficiently. You will maintain documentation and coordinate training sessions to enhance user knowledge and skills. Your responsibilities will include managing IT hardware assets, maintaining inventory information, and collaborating with the IT Manager and Office Manager on audits of IT assets. You will also be in charge of helpdesk work, addressing user inquiries and troubleshooting connectivity problems. Your proactive approach will contribute to a smooth IT operation within the organization.
