You possess a knack for troubleshooting production issues and devising effective solutions to enhance operational efficiency. Your experience in Data Centre facilities, including temperature and humidity monitoring systems, smoke detection, and fire safety, sets you apart.

What you'll do

In this role, you will play a key part in automating production operations, ensuring seamless integration with the daily monitoring operations of the Agency’s IT systems. You will continuously seek service improvement opportunities to add value to Data Centre Operations, sharpening production stability and enhancing stakeholder experience. You will be responsible for identifying opportunities for automation within production processes to streamline operations and reduce manual intervention. Timely escalation and communication of major incidents will be crucial, as you will lead, drive, facilitate, and chair all investigation activities. You will be accountable for resolving incidents with either a workaround or a permanent solution. Additionally, you will participate in troubleshooting system and network connectivity problems before escalation, monitor production metrics and performance indicators to ensure targets are met, and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards in production.
