Parallel Fluidics, Inc. is hiring a Manufacturing Operator to fabricate microfluidic devices using custom-built equipment and CNC machining centers. This role requires hands-on assembly skills and attention to detail.
Job Description
Who you are
You have hands-on assembly and fabrication skills that allow you to work effectively with manufacturing equipment. Your attention to detail ensures that every microfluidic device meets the required specifications. You possess excellent communication skills, which help you collaborate with your team and present results during fabrication meetings. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are excited to contribute to the success of a seed-stage startup.
What you'll do
In this role, you will work closely with the manufacturing team to fabricate microfluidic devices using Parallel Fluidics' unique manufacturing process. You will operate CNC machining centers and custom automation equipment, ensuring that each device is inspected against strict specifications. Tracking progress and presenting results during team meetings will be a key part of your responsibilities, as will recording detailed notes of your observations during fabrication.
