You have extensive experience as a Program and Project Manager, adept at leading and delivering complex projects to completion. Your strong planning and execution skills enable you to drive project success while managing stakeholder expectations effectively. You are well-versed in governance frameworks, including security and resiliency, ensuring compliance throughout the project lifecycle.

Your expertise spans three critical areas: identifying and mitigating program execution risks, monitoring progress, and managing dependencies across multiple tracks. You excel at providing consolidated status updates to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment throughout the project.

You have a proven track record of collaborating closely with Project Managers from various tracks, gathering detailed updates, and coordinating cross-track activities. Your ability to ensure alignment of deliverables is key to your success in this role. You are skilled in developing comprehensive risk management strategies that facilitate synchronized delivery across tracks.

Your communication skills are top-notch, allowing you to present effectively to senior management and stakeholders. You are proficient in using tools like Microsoft Office and Microsoft SharePoint, as well as JIRA and the Atlassian suite for project tracking and team collaboration.

What you'll do

In this role, you will manage the replatforming of a critical application across three key tracks: Infrastructure, Application, and Cybersecurity. You will lead the Infrastructure track, focusing on building new technology stacks in the Government Data Centre. Your responsibilities will include overseeing the Application track, where you will refactor the application for the new technology environment, and managing the Cybersecurity track, which involves conducting threat risk assessments of the new setup.

You will work closely with Solution Architects to design the target architecture aligned with enterprise technology standards. Your end-to-end responsibility for project delivery will require you to monitor progress, manage dependencies, and ensure that all aspects of the project are aligned with the overall goals.

You will also be responsible for driving key decisions through effective stakeholder management, ensuring that all parties are informed and engaged throughout the project lifecycle. Your ability to identify and mitigate risks will be crucial in maintaining project momentum and achieving successful outcomes.
