Who you are

You have a minimum of 5 years of experience as a Software Project Manager, with a proven track record in managing complex projects, particularly in migrating systems from on-premises infrastructure to GCC and GDC environments. Your strong project governance skills ensure that all documentation complies with governance and audit requirements, and you excel in stakeholder communication, making sure everyone is aligned with project goals and timelines.

Your experience in the public sector will be advantageous, as you are familiar with IT standards and processes that govern government projects. You possess a PMP or equivalent certification, which demonstrates your commitment to project management excellence. You are also eligible to pass CAT2A clearance, which is mandatory for this role.

What you'll do

In this role, you will lead and manage the end-to-end software project delivery, ensuring alignment with client expectations and project goals. You will drive the successful migration of application systems from on-premises infrastructure to GCC and GDC, developing detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocations. Monitoring project progress will be a key responsibility, as you will need to mitigate risks and resolve issues as they arise.

You will liaise with internal teams, external vendors, and government stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of the project. Managing change requests, UAT planning, and implementation schedules will also be part of your responsibilities. Your ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders will be crucial in achieving project success.
