What you'll do
As a Solutions Engineer at AvePoint, you will serve as the key technical resource throughout the sales cycle, partnering closely with sales executives to understand customer needs and present tailored solutions. You will conduct technical presentations that highlight the features and benefits of AvePoint's offerings, ensuring that potential customers are well-informed and confident in their decisions. Your role will involve engaging with both prospective and returning customers, providing pre-sales support and addressing any technical questions or concerns they may have.
