You have a problem-solving mindset and analytical skills that help you navigate complex architectural decisions for multi-workstream ServiceNow implementations. Your leadership experience includes guiding teams and establishing frameworks for sustainable platform growth.

What you'll do

In this role, you will spearhead the development of the ServiceNow enterprise architecture vision and roadmap, ensuring alignment with business objectives. You will drive innovation through emerging ServiceNow capabilities, including Now Intelligence and Process Optimization, while leading architectural decisions for complex implementations. Your responsibilities will include designing end-to-end ServiceNow solutions that incorporate best practices in security, scalability, and performance.

You will architect modern user experiences leveraging Next Experience UI, Mobile capabilities, and Virtual Agent, while developing integration architectures using Integration Hub and Flow Designer. Implementing AI-powered solutions using Now Assist and Predictive Intelligence will be a key part of your role, as will leveraging ServiceNow's Hyperautomation capabilities.

You will guide implementation teams on architectural patterns and best practices, ensuring that solutions are not only effective but also sustainable. Your leadership will establish center of excellence frameworks and governance models that support ongoing platform growth and innovation.
