Your experience includes working with enterprise-level clients and understanding their unique needs in deploying AI solutions. You are a trusted advisor who can translate complex technical concepts into actionable strategies for clients.

You possess excellent communication skills — you can effectively collaborate with technical teams and senior customer leaders to establish a clear GenAI strategy. Your ability to build relationships and trust with clients is paramount, as you will be their technical thought partner throughout the deployment process.

You are familiar with Generative AI technologies and have a keen interest in how they can transform business operations — you understand the potential applications of AI in various industries, from customer service to content generation. Your technical expertise allows you to design effective enterprise architectures that leverage OpenAI's models.

You thrive in a hybrid work environment — you are comfortable working both in the office and remotely, adapting to the needs of your team and clients. Your proactive approach ensures that you stay engaged and productive, regardless of your location.

Desirable

Experience with cloud services and APIs is a plus — familiarity with platforms like AWS or Azure can enhance your ability to design scalable solutions. A background in software development or engineering can also be beneficial, as it allows you to understand the technical challenges faced by your clients.

What you'll do

In this role, you will deeply embed with OpenAI's most strategic platform customers as their technical lead — you will serve as their trusted advisor, helping them navigate the complexities of deploying Generative AI applications. Your responsibilities will include establishing a clear GenAI strategy that aligns with their business goals and identifying the highest value applications for their specific industry.

You will collaborate closely with customer technical teams to move projects from prototype to production — this involves providing strong technical guidance and ensuring that the solutions you design maximize customer value. You will take a holistic view of their needs, considering both technical and business aspects to create effective enterprise architectures.

You will work alongside Sales, Solutions Engineering, Applied Research, and Product teams — your role will require you to communicate effectively across these groups to ensure alignment and successful project execution. You will report to the Head of Technical Success, APAC, and contribute to the overall success of the Solutions Architecture team.
