What you'll do
In this role, you will manage the full-cycle recruitment process, collaborating closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies. You will source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events, ensuring a diverse and qualified candidate pool. You will conduct interviews, assess candidates, and provide feedback to hiring managers, facilitating a smooth hiring process. Additionally, you will help to enhance the employer brand by promoting AvePoint as an employer of choice in the market. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records in the applicant tracking system and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations.
