Who you are

You have over 5 years of experience in talent acquisition, particularly in recruiting for Go-To-Market roles such as Customer Success, Sales, and Marketing. Your expertise in data-driven recruiting allows you to discover and attract top talent effectively, ensuring that you can identify the right candidates for the right roles. You possess strong stakeholder management skills, enabling you to partner with various teams and become a trusted advisor on all aspects of hiring. Your hunter mentality drives you to seek out exceptional talent, and you are committed to championing an outstanding candidate experience that reflects the company's customer-obsessed mindset.

You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are eager to tackle versatile challenges while collaborating with inspiring stakeholders. Your unique combination of skills, knowledge, and experience sets you apart, and you understand that people are more than just their certifications. Desirable

What you'll do

In this role, you will lead the recruitment process for a wide range of talent profiles, ensuring that you attract and engage the best candidates in the market. You will partner with stakeholders across the organization to consult on hiring strategies and provide insights that help shape the recruitment process.
