Job Description

Who you are

You have 2+ years of recruiting experience with a strong focus on Sales hiring β€” you've successfully recruited for quota-carrying roles such as Account Executives and understand the nuances of sales performance metrics. Your ability to screen and assess candidates for sales acumen and cultural alignment is well-honed, ensuring that you identify top-performing sales talent. You thrive in a collaborative environment, partnering directly with Sales leadership to drive hiring across key revenue-generating roles. Your experience with applicant tracking systems, particularly Greenhouse ATS and Workday, allows you to maintain accurate data and track recruiting metrics effectively.

You are proactive in building and maintaining pipelines of high-performing sales talent through sourcing, networking, and talent engagement β€” you understand that a strong pipeline is critical to supporting revenue growth. Your negotiation skills are top-notch, enabling you to drive offer negotiations and closing processes in alignment with compensation philosophy. You are detail-oriented, ensuring a seamless and high-quality experience for candidates throughout the interview lifecycle.

What you'll do

In this role, you will own the full-cycle recruiting for Sales roles, which includes sourcing, screening, and managing candidates through the interview process. You will work closely with Sales leadership to understand their hiring needs and develop strategies to attract top talent. Your responsibilities will include tracking recruiting metrics and pipeline health to ensure predictable hiring outcomes, as well as continuously refining sourcing strategies to attract top commercial talent in competitive markets.

You will be part of a larger Talent Acquisition Team, reporting directly to the Global Talent Acquisition Lead. Your contributions will be critical in building consistent, high-quality pipelines that support Showpad’s revenue growth. You will also engage in offer negotiations, ensuring that candidates receive competitive and fair offers that align with the company's compensation philosophy. Your role will require you to stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition, particularly within the sales domain.
