Who you are
You have extensive experience in information security, with a proven track record of developing and implementing security strategies that align with business objectives. Your background includes managing security contracts and assets, ensuring efficiency and compliance with regulatory standards. You possess strong knowledge of security engineering principles and best practices, particularly in DevSecOps methodologies. Your communication skills are exceptional, allowing you to prepare high-quality documentation and present to both technical and non-technical audiences, including C-Level executives. You thrive in critical scenarios and have experience supporting regulatory compliance, such as LGPD / ANPD.
What you'll do
As the Head of Security at Avra, you will take charge of defining and executing the organization's security vision. You will develop and implement a strategic approach to information security that enhances processes and controls. Your responsibilities will include managing security-related contracts and services, ensuring they operate efficiently and effectively. You will define security standards and policies aimed at protecting information assets while focusing on business continuity. Collaboration with technology teams will be essential to ensure that security measures are integrated into all aspects of the organization's operations.
