Who you are

You have experience in talent acquisition, particularly within the legal sector, and understand the nuances of sourcing and recruiting top legal talent. You are skilled in building and maintaining a network of potential candidates through proactive market research and relationship management. Your ability to conduct thorough preliminary interviews and evaluate candidates with professional judgment sets you apart in the recruitment process. You excel in communication, ensuring timely correspondence with candidates and internal stakeholders alike.

You are a strategic thinker who can assess client demand and align it with the hiring strategy to maintain a consistent pipeline of qualified candidates. Your collaborative nature allows you to work effectively with cross-functional teams, providing valuable insights and guidance on hiring practices. You are committed to enhancing the talent experience and ensuring that candidates are matched with opportunities that align with their career goals.

What you'll do

In this role, you will proactively source and recruit industry-leading legal talent, ensuring that Axiom's hiring needs are met efficiently. You will build and maintain a network of potential candidates through direct sourcing and ongoing relationship management. Conducting thorough preliminary interviews will be a key responsibility, as you will evaluate candidates in partnership with your team. You will serve as the main point of contact for candidates, ensuring that all correspondence is handled promptly and professionally.

You will work closely with the commercial team to evaluate client demand and assist in managing the lawyer hiring strategy. This will involve analyzing market trends and adjusting recruitment strategies accordingly to ensure a relevant pipeline of candidates. Your role will be integral to the success of Axiom's talent acquisition efforts, as you will help shape the future of the legal community by connecting top talent with exciting opportunities.
