Who you are

You have 3-5 years of experience in talent acquisition, ideally within a tech or startup environment — you understand the nuances of recruiting for engineering, product, and data roles and are comfortable sourcing passive candidates through various channels. Your strong communication and coordination skills enable you to effectively collaborate with hiring managers to clarify role requirements and align on interview processes.

You are disciplined in pipeline management and care deeply about creating a smooth candidate experience — you maintain organized pipelines within the ATS and ensure candidate records are up to date. Your familiarity with ATS tools such as Ashby, Greenhouse, or Lever allows you to streamline the recruitment process efficiently.

What you'll do

As a Talent Acquisition Partner at Thndr, you will run full-cycle recruitment for assigned roles across engineering, product, data, and business functions. You will hold role intake sessions with hiring managers to clarify requirements and align on interview steps, ensuring that the recruitment process is structured and efficient. Actively sourcing candidates through LinkedIn, GitHub, and targeted outreach will be a key part of your role, as will conducting initial screens to assess technical skills, motivation, and culture fit.

You will coordinate interviews, collect feedback, and support hiring managers with decision-making, tracking pipeline progress and sharing weekly updates to highlight any risks or bottlenecks. Writing clear and attractive job descriptions will be essential, as will supporting employer brand content to attract top talent. You will also suggest improvements to interview structures or sourcing strategies when needed, contributing to the overall effectiveness of the recruitment process.
