You have a proven track record in sales, particularly in complex environments, and understand the nuances of the higher education and K-12 markets. Your ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders is exceptional, and you thrive in a role that requires strategic thinking and proactive engagement. You are comfortable with a high level of travel and can manage multiple priorities effectively. You are driven by a mission that matters, and you are eager to contribute to a company that prioritizes safety and justice.

Desirable

Experience in the public sector or with educational institutions is a plus. Familiarity with Axon's products and services will help you navigate customer needs more effectively. A background in technology sales can also enhance your ability to communicate the value of Axon's ecosystem to potential clients.

What you'll do

As an Account Executive on the Campus team, you will take ownership of a strategic territory across the Central U.S., focusing on driving growth within the campus market. You will develop and execute a comprehensive regional plan that aligns with Axon's strategic priorities, ensuring that you meet and exceed sales targets. Your role will involve coordinating with multiple Axon teams to expand the adoption of our ecosystem, which includes devices and cloud software.

You will act as a trusted advisor to some of the largest and most influential campus customers in the region, steering multi-product, multi-stakeholder opportunities from origination to close. Success in this role requires you to be relentlessly proactive, forecasting with precision and unlocking long-term strategic growth. You will engage with customers to understand their needs and challenges, providing tailored solutions that enhance their safety and operational efficiency.
