Who you are

You have a proven track record in sales, particularly in managing complex sales cycles and developing territory strategies. Your ability to build and deepen relationships with key stakeholders is exceptional, and you thrive in environments where you can take ownership and drive meaningful change. You understand the nuances of the campus market, including higher education and K-12, and are adept at navigating multi-product, multi-stakeholder opportunities. You are proactive and relentless in your approach to acquiring new logos and expanding existing accounts, always forecasting with precision to unlock long-term growth.

What you'll do

As an Account Executive on the Campus team, you will own a defined regional book of mid-size campus customers, executing a territory plan that drives growth through both new customer acquisition and expansion within existing accounts. You will act as a trusted advisor to your customers, guiding them through the adoption of Axon's ecosystem of devices and cloud software. Your role will involve coordinating across multiple Axon teams to ensure a seamless experience for your customers, and you will be expected to travel approximately 25% of the time to meet with clients and stakeholders in your territory. Success in this role means being proactive in your outreach and consistently seeking out opportunities to deepen customer relationships and drive strategic growth.
