Who you are
You have a proven track record in sales, particularly in the public safety or technology sectors, and understand the unique challenges faced by law enforcement agencies. Your ability to articulate complex, multi-solution offerings clearly and compellingly sets you apart. You excel at building and maintaining senior-level relationships across various stakeholders, navigating within customer agencies to uncover needs and influence buying decisions. You are a team player who can lead cross-functional teams, including Sales Engineers and Customer Success, to deliver value-based outcomes. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are motivated by a mission that matters, such as protecting life and enhancing public safety.
What you'll do
As an Acquisition Account Executive at Axon, you will be responsible for driving net new growth by converting TASER-only customers into full Axon ecosystem partners. This quota-carrying, external field position will require you to travel 50% to 70% of the time within the Southeast territory. You will introduce Axonβs broader portfolio, including body-worn cameras, digital evidence management, software solutions, and connected devices, to agencies currently using TASER as their sole product. Your success will depend on your ability to articulate the value of these solutions and build strong relationships with law enforcement and government stakeholders. You will lead cross-functional teams to ensure that customer needs are met and that value is delivered effectively. Your role will also involve navigating complex customer environments to influence buying decisions and drive adoption of Axon's comprehensive solutions.
