You have a proven track record in sales, particularly in the public safety or technology sectors, and understand the nuances of working with law enforcement agencies. Your ability to articulate complex, multi-solution offerings clearly and compellingly sets you apart. You excel at building and maintaining senior-level relationships across various stakeholders, ensuring that you can influence buying decisions effectively. Navigating within customer agencies to uncover needs and drive value is second nature to you. You thrive in a collaborative environment, leading cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional outcomes for clients. What you'll do

As the Acquisition Account Executive for Mid City, you will be responsible for driving net new growth by converting TASER-only customers into full Axon ecosystem partners. This quota-carrying, external field position will require you to travel up to 70% of the time, focusing on the Southeast Acquisition Accounts. You will introduce Axon’s broader portfolio, including body-worn cameras, digital evidence management, software solutions, and connected devices, to agencies currently using TASER as their sole product. Success in this role hinges on your ability to articulate complex solutions and build strong relationships with law enforcement and government stakeholders. You will lead cross-functional teams, including Sales Engineers and Customer Success, to ensure that clients receive value-based outcomes that meet their needs. Your role will be pivotal in shaping the future of public safety through innovative technology solutions.
