You are adept at prospecting and lead generation, having developed strategies that successfully convert leads into sales. Your organizational skills enable you to manage multiple accounts and follow up on leads efficiently, ensuring that no opportunity is missed. You are comfortable with both remote work and traveling, as this role requires you to engage with clients in the field.
What you'll do
As an Account Executive at Axon, you will be responsible for selling and introducing products and services to established and new Law Enforcement customers. You will develop and execute a regional sales plan that includes outbound prospecting and lead generation to meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets. Your day-to-day will involve tracking and following up on leads generated through various campaigns, ensuring that you maintain a strong pipeline of potential clients.
You will participate fully in training sessions and professional development classes to enhance your skills and knowledge about Axon's products. Identifying decision-makers among targeted leads will be crucial as you initiate the sales process, and you will be expected to maintain and expand relationships with existing clients. Your role will also involve collaborating with the Inside Sales Manager to strategize on sales approaches and improve overall performance.
