Overview

Axon is hiring an Account Manager focused on Growth & Acquisition to drive strategic growth in major law enforcement accounts. You'll work closely with key account leaders to deepen customer relationships and support public safety transformation. This role requires strong relationship-building skills and the ability to navigate complex government environments.

Who you are

You have a proven track record in account management, particularly within the public sector or law enforcement, where you've successfully driven revenue growth and built strong customer relationships. Your ability to understand the unique challenges faced by major city police departments and county sheriff’s offices sets you apart. You thrive in complex environments and possess deep customer empathy, allowing you to effectively navigate the nuances of government agency operations. You are a proactive closer, skilled at orchestrating cross-functional success from initial discovery through to long-term adoption of solutions. Your passion for public safety and transformative technology aligns with Axon's mission to protect life.

What you'll do

In this role, you will co-own revenue goals alongside a Key Account Leader, focusing on major law enforcement accounts in the Western U.S. You will be responsible for closing new business and expanding existing accounts, ensuring that Axon's solutions drive measurable outcomes for public safety. Your work will involve coordinating resources across various teams to support customer needs and facilitate the adoption of technology solutions. You will also engage in regular travel (60%+) to meet with clients and stakeholders, fostering relationships that contribute to Axon's mission. Your impact will be significant as you help shape the future of public safety through innovative technology.
