Your ability to identify high-potential customers within the SMB and Commercial segments aligns perfectly with PandaDoc's ideal customer profile. You understand the importance of transitioning from a hunter to a farmer, focusing on retention and long-term partnerships once a book of business becomes available.

You possess strong communication skills and are comfortable engaging with potential customers through various channels, including email, phone, and social media. Your experience in managing a robust pipeline and scheduling discovery calls demonstrates your ability to generate new expansion opportunities effectively. You are a collaborative team player, eager to partner closely with Customer Success, Leadership, and RevOps teams to refine targeting and messaging for maximum effectiveness.

What you'll do

In this role, you will start as a dedicated Hunter and Prospector, responsible for identifying and engaging high-value targets within the existing customer base or through warm leads. Your proactive prospecting efforts will involve high-volume outreach to generate new opportunities. You will develop and manage a robust top-of-funnel pipeline, scheduling discovery calls and running initial product demonstrations to qualify leads.

As you transition into a traditional Account Manager role, you will focus on retention, expansion, and building long-term partnerships with your newly acquired book of business. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless experience for customers and contribute to the overall growth strategy of PandaDoc. Your role will be pivotal in driving user acquisition and activation, making a significant impact on the company's growth trajectory.
