Who you are

You have a proven track record in customer success or account management, ideally within a technology or software environment. Your ability to build trusted partnerships with clients is exceptional, and you thrive on understanding their workflows and organizational structures. You are a strong communicator, able to convey complex information clearly and effectively, and you enjoy collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive customer satisfaction. You are adaptable and can wear multiple hats, from project management to consulting, ensuring that your customers feel supported and empowered.

Desirable

Experience in the public safety or justice sectors would be a plus, as would familiarity with cloud software solutions. You are data-driven and can leverage insights to influence product roadmaps and internal projects. You have a proactive approach to problem-solving and are always looking for ways to enhance customer efficiency and confidence in using products.

What you'll do

As a Customer Success Manager at Axon, you will be the main point of contact for larger customers, working to build long-term, strategic partnerships. You will engage with clients to understand their unique needs and challenges, providing best practices to help them achieve their operational goals. Your role will involve collaborating with various internal teams to relay customer feedback and insights, which will help shape product development and enhancements. You will also be responsible for managing customer relationships, ensuring they receive the support they need to maximize the value of Axon's products. Travel may be required for client meetings and engagements, estimated at 25-35%.
