What you'll do
As the Manager of Client Services, you will lead and scale a high-performing team of Account Managers, focusing on account retention and growth. You will drive the strategy for client engagement, ensuring that your team delivers exceptional service and meets client expectations. Collaborating closely with the VP of Client Services, you will help shape the direction of the team and the overall client experience at StackAdapt.
You will be responsible for identifying growth opportunities within existing accounts and developing strategies to capitalize on them. This includes analyzing client performance data, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions that drive results. You will also mentor and develop your team, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
In this role, you will play a critical part in StackAdapt's growth across Canada, working closely with other departments to ensure a seamless client experience. You will be involved in high-impact campaigns across programmatic advertising and marketing channels, leveraging the AI-powered StackAdapt Marketing Platform to deliver measurable results.
