You have a proven track record in customer success management, ideally with experience in the AI or technology sector. Your ability to engage with enterprise clients and guide them through complex implementations is key to your success. What you'll do
In this role, you will engage with a diverse range of enterprise customers, guiding them through the implementation of Cohere's advanced Language Learning Model (LLM). You will work closely with customers to understand their unique challenges and help them navigate the complexities of deploying AI solutions. Your responsibilities will include developing and executing customer success plans, conducting regular check-ins to assess progress, and providing training and support to ensure successful adoption. You will collaborate with internal teams to address customer feedback and drive product improvements, ensuring that our solutions meet the evolving needs of our clients. Your role will be instrumental in fostering long-term relationships and ensuring that customers achieve their desired outcomes.
