You have a strong background in financial planning and analysis, with experience leading teams and managing complex budget processes. Your ability to partner with various organizational leaders allows you to refine strategic outlooks and support funding requests effectively. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are adept at leveraging technology to drive efficiencies across finance and accounting functions. You possess excellent problem-solving skills and a passion for making a meaningful impact in your work.
What you'll do
In this role, you will build and develop a world-class FP&A team, taking ownership of the annual budget process and other key inputs that drive the corporate forecast model. You will partner with leaders across the organization to evaluate and standardize processes, systems, communication, and controls. Your insights will provide real-time information to business partners, ensuring the delivery of EBITDA goals. You will also be responsible for administering the corporate planning system and driving initiatives that enhance the overall financial strategy of Axon.
