What you'll do

In this role, you will build and develop a world-class FP&A team that supports Axon's mission to protect life. You will own the annual budget process, providing critical inputs that drive the corporate forecast model. Your responsibilities will include partnering with various leaders to refine strategic outlooks and support funding requests, ensuring that financial insights are delivered in real-time to business partners.

You will evaluate and drive the standardization of processes, systems, communication, and controls across functions, leveraging technology to enhance efficiencies in finance and accounting. Your leadership will be pivotal in delivering EBITDA goals and ensuring that the finance team contributes effectively to Axon's overall success.
