You have a proven track record in financial planning and analysis, with experience leading high-impact teams. You excel in building and developing world-class FP&A teams and have a strong understanding of corporate budgeting processes. You are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and can adapt quickly to changing priorities. Your strong problem-solving skills enable you to evaluate and drive standardization of processes across functions. You are a collaborative partner who effectively communicates with leaders across the organization to refine strategic outlooks and support funding requests.

What you'll do

In this role, you will own the annual budget process and key inputs driving the corporate forecast model. You will partner with leaders across the organization to provide insightful real-time information that ensures the delivery of EBITDA goals. You will leverage technology to drive efficiencies across finance and accounting functions, ensuring that processes are streamlined and effective. Your leadership will be crucial in evaluating and driving standardization of processes, systems, communication, and controls across functions. You will be responsible for building a high-impact team that can navigate the complexities of financial planning in a dynamic environment.
